Changes to Room Hire Policies for 2025 from 6th Jan 2025

  • Room hire for a Friday or Saturday evening party will remain the same, requiring only a £50 refundable deposit.

  • From 06/01/2025, room hire for a Friday, Saturday, or Sunday afternoon will now require the same £50 deposit, but only £20 will be returned after the function.

  • The £30 is to cover the additional cost of opening out-of-hours for afternoon functions.

Function Room for 140 Guests

If you’re planning a gathering with fewer than 40 guests, please don’t hesitate to reach out for more info on our pricing options as well as anything we haven’t answered on this brief room hire introduction. We’re here to help!

Exceptions to this rule are fund raising events or funerals by contacting the Committee of the Club.
